Executive Director of Russian Organization for Quality First class instructor-pilot; USSR master of sports, piloting. Born on February 15, 1954 in Gavrilov Yam town, Yaroslav Region. From 1975 was a serviceman of the Russian Air Force.In 1986 was an engineer of commercial service and economist of commercial exploitation of international airlines, Regional Commercial Directorate for Trans-Siberian and Trans-Asian Airlines of Aeroflot International Commercial Department.

Russian Organization for Quality (ROQ) and Russian benchmarking club "Business Excellence" will conduct a seminar "Practical Program Of Revolutions in Factories. 20 KEYS"© which will be held November 6, 2007 within the frames of the World Quality Day and European Quality Week (November 6-8, 2007) in Russia in the hero-city of Volgograd.
