The goal of the forum devoted to World Quality Day and European Quality Week to unite all persons who are ready to provide his knowledge, background and talent for service for Russia to achieve high quality living of each person of Russia and country in whole: that is producing of quality Russian products, providing high quality services meeting the high demands of the customers, that is increasing quality of management on all levels of state and municipal department services and as a consequence to increase the leaving quality of Russian citizens.
