| Russian Organization for Quality (ROQ) and Russian benchmarking club "Business Excellence" will conduct a seminar "Practical Program Of Revolutions in Factories. 20 KEYS" © which will be held November 6, 2007 within the frames of the World Quality Day and European Quality Week (November 6-8, 2007) in Russia in the hero-city of Volgograd.
The participants of the seminar will be general directors and directors on quality of companies and state organizations, experts in the sphere of quality and excellence, managers from all regions of Russia. They are all participants of the World Quality Day (WQD) and European Quality Week (EQW) conference. Total number of the participants on the seminar will be not less than 50-70 persons. Total number of the participants on the WQD will be approximately 500 persons (basing on previous WQD conferences practice).
