Born on February 15, 1954 in Gavrilov Yam town, Yaroslavl Region, Russian Federation.

 

From 1975 was a serviceman of the Russian Air Force. In 1986 was an engineer of commercial service and economist of commercial exploitation of international airlines, Regional Commercial Directorate for Trans-Siberian and Trans-Asian Airlines of Aeroflot International Commercial Department.

 

From 1988 held top managerial posts in daughter companies of Aeroflot in Russia and abroad, and in various Russia – American joint companies; was the General Representative of Aeroflot, Krasnoyarsk Airlines, Director of International Representatives Department at the “East-Line” Airline. Worked in Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, India, USA, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary and Switzerland, was one of the organizers of the first Aeroflot flights to Thailand and Hong Kong by А-300 Airbus, and the first Aeroflot cargo flights from the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon (Beirut) and Qatar (Doha), has participated the first USA - Russia Air Conference in San Diego, was a member of working groups on Russian investment projects together with foreign financial institutions and banks of Europe and the United States.

 

As a Vice-President of Russian benchmarking club “Business Excellence” has implemented benchmarking projects of Russian companies with VOLVO, TOYOTA, Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno Service Co., Ltd., Sekisui Chemical, Ltd., Todentsu Co., Ltd., HINO MOTOR (Japan), Siemens (Austria), Grammer (Germany), Wilden (Germany), YARA (Italy).

 

As an Executive director of the Russian Organization for Quality he has been organizing annual World Quality Day and European Quality Week forums in Russia and Russian delegations work in annual forums of European Organization for Quality.

 

As a member of the Board of Global Benchmarking Network he has initiated International GBN annual conferences “The Best Practice of Business Excellence”. As a General director of OJSC “Business Excellence” – licensee for development of “Practical Program of Revolutions in Factories. 20KEYS” in Russia – has been implementing this program on Russian enterprises and companies.
